What to do if you want to return a product?

  • If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it. We only accept products which are undamaged, unused and in original packaging.Onderdelen mogen niet gemonteerd ofwel gebruikt zijn geweest.
  • We cannot accept products which are especially ordered for you!
  • Parts may not have been used either mounted.
  • You have a trial period of 7 working days to return the product without giving a  reason.
  • The date of reference is the delivery date of the carrier.
  • You are responsible for the costs and risks of the return of the products.
  • Incorrect, unpaid or COD shipments will not be accepted by Marcel Kappen.
  • The return of the shipment must be in the same way as shipping. (mailbox post or TNT Package or DPD Package)
  • Any sums already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.
  • To refund your money,  we will need your bank account number. (BIC and IBAN)

Note: the bank account that you specify for the repayment must be equal to the bank account which the payment is made to Marcel Kappen.
