Shipment:

If we have your order in stock and we have received your payment, we will send the package within 3 working days. You will receive automatically an email from the package serve with information about the delivery. 

We send parcels with DPD. If your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing the carrier's Track & Trace code.

Returns:

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 4 weeks of receipt, provided it is returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Parts must not have been fitted or used.

 

Exceptions

Unfortunately, the following products cannot be returned:

• Electrical components.
• Parts ordered especially for you.

 

Returns Policy

• The four-week period begins on the carrier’s delivery date.
• You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with the return shipment.
• Incorrect, unstamped or cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted.
• Zorg ervoor dat het onderdeel goed en zorgvuldig verpakt is, zodat het tijdens de retourzending niet kan beschadigen.

 

Register a return
Would you like to return an item? Please notify us in advance in writing by email via [email protected]. Please include your full name and invoice number in your email. Please enclose a copy of the invoice showing your IBAN number with your return parcel. This will enable us to process your return and refund quickly and correctly.

 

Refund
Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible, and within 14 days at the latest. We will need your bank account number to process the refund. The account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which the payment was made to us.
